     Frank Withrington was born on 1 Feb 1888.2,3 He was the son of George Brooks Withrington and Harriett Grant.1 Frank Withrington married Elizabeth Watkinson, daughter of Frederick Henry Watkinson, on 7 Nov 1909 in St. James, Forest Gate, London, England.4 The marriage of Frank Withrington and Elizabeth Watkinson was registered in the Dec 1909 quarter in the W. Ham registration district.5 On 18 Feb 1914, Frank Withrington was living at 24 Ottaway Street, London, England.6 He died on 29 Jan 1974 at age 85.7 His body was cremated on 1 Feb 1974 in Newham, London, England.7 Frank's death was registered in the Mar 1974 quarter in the Waltham F registration district.3
