The National Archives website has the full details 1939 Register.

The Schedule for TXFV covers the Parish of Stonham Parva and Mickfield. Schedule 1 to about 100 are in Stonham Parva and about 101 to 143 are in Mickfield.

The boundaries between Stonham Aspal, Mill Green, Mickfield and Stonham Parva have been fluid over the years, so if the person you are looking for does not appear where you expect - then check the other schedules.

There are are many people whose records are still closed, implying they are still alive and are therefore not (knowingly) on this website.

Heads Of The Households

The following is a list of the "Heads of the Household" in the Parish on 29th September 1939..

Experience has shown that some Birth Dates in the Register are a year out. It would appear that the Enumerator asked for peoples Birth day and month, but then asked them how old they were, rather than asking for the year of birth.

Not everyone has been transcribed yet, contact Suzie if there is someone in particular you want information about.
