On 29 Sep 1939 I am not sure of the relationship between Edward and Millicent, with respect to Frederick William Last. Frederick is in the household of Millicent in 1939, but the relationship is not explicit. My suspicion is that he is the son of one of Edward's sisters - either Alice or May. Need the Birth Certificate for proof.3
