     Elizabeth Carter was born between 8 Apr 1829 and 6 Apr 1831 in Debenham, Suffolk, England.1 She was born between 4 Apr 1831 and 2 Apr 1833 in Debenham, Suffolk, England.2 She married John Wythe, son of John Wythe and Maria Tydeman. In the 1881 Census John Wythe and Betsey (Elizabeth) Carter are described as married, however, all the other census's show Elizabeth Carter as being single. There is no evidence to show that they married.2 Elizabeth Carter died before 20 Apr 1914.3 She was buried on 20 Apr 1914 in St. Mary Magdalene, Debenham, Suffolk, England.3
